SWAT is the Dayton area’s first mobile fitness experience. This unique concept comes from the desire to promote fitness in a variety of social settings. From early morning group training to pop-up weekend fitness events, the equipment and trainers go anywhere and everywhere.
WHO:
MAURICE HARRIS OWNS AND OPERATES SWAT.
Maurice has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. He is currently a reserve deputy with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department. Fitness will always be part of his life, and SWAT is the perfect vehicle.
WHY:
A growing number of fitness professionals and exercise science experts promote the benefits of using the outdoor elements as part of our training ground versus thinking of them as barriers. Exposing ourselves to changing conditions over time improves our ability to adapt and improve.
WHERE:
